ALL orders in the CONTINENTAL USA over $75.00 get FREE GROUND SHIPPING.
Orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. We use UPS as our preferred shipping carrier for domestic orders. We use USPS for international and APO/FPO addresses. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If an order is expedited, however, it will ship through UPS and a physical address will be needed since they cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery for expedited orders. Some orders may be shipped using USPS, depending on delivery address. Please remember that delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays. You will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and expected delays. Arktikos will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
Most unworn items in new condition and returned within two weeks will receive a refund or exchange. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. To return items, please mail them back to:
